Mental Health Counseling
Individual Counseling
Understanding when and how to ask for help is unique journey for every person. My message to anyone considering counseling is to remember that, “You are deserving of healing and you are allowed to ask for what you need”.
We are all looking for the right balance, If you feel like you might be ready to begin counseling, please contact me.
Family counseling
I believe that healing often requires a full family effort. In my practice, family therapy is often used to supplement individual therapy goals. I approach family therapy with a holistic approach aimed at collective and collaborative wellness.
Group counseling
Group counseling can be an amazing opportunity to reduce isolation and receive support. Group counseling can be used to treat a wide variety of therapeutic goals. If you are interested in learning more about group therapy options, please feel free to contact me.

Every insurance policy provides different coverage for mental health services. I am able to accept many different insurance plans. Some of the more popular insurance plans that I accept are: UBH, Medical Mutual, Medicaid, Medicare, Buckeye Health, Paramount, OSU Insurance, Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Various EAP plans, Molina, and Caresource. Please note that this is not a complete list of insurance plans accepted. Before scheduling an appointment, you will need to contact your insurance company to be sure that I am covered by your plan. Your insurance company will inform you of your available coverage and co-payment.
Typically, I am able to meet with my clients on a weekly or bi-monthly basis. Your individual schedule needs will help to determine the frequency of our meetings. Our meetings will last 50-60 minutes. The therapy journey is uniques and each person’s symptom distress dictates the amount of time you would like to receive mental health counseling services.
