It can be hard to know what will make a supervisor a “good fit”.  It’s important to be sure that anyone providing you with clinical supervision has experience working in your focus area. Areas of Clinical Specialization

In my practice, I utilize various therapeutic interventions including: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR),  DBT skills, Cognitive processing therapy, trauma-focused CBT, art and play strategies for children, and mindfulness based interventions.  My therapy practice focuses on the treatment of childhood trauma and other adverse childhood experiences, complex PTSD, military trauma, LGBTQIA+ specific support needs, traumatized children, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, sexual abuse, and dissociation.
